First off, I didn't say anything about calling your bluff. So, you are off-track on that one. Second, regarding arms and armaments, I am not saying how much is too much. It is for the Indian government to decide how much they should spend on arms, and how polluted their rivers, lakes, tanks, creeks, streets and cities ought to be. All I said was if somebody wanted to shoot himself in the a**, somebody else will be ready to sell him the stuff to make it happen. Dipy.
