It wasn't the earnings, it was that estimates were reduced due to increased R&D spending.

estimate reductions, no matter what the reason, are a mandatory trigger for many momentum investors. Hopefully we're done with the reductions and this massive wave of selling and can move on from here...hopefully.

A little bloodletting and everyone comes out of the wood work!

Nice perspective on R&D expenditures. R&D looked a little amplified by such low R&D numbers in the previous qtr. Maybe if they'd milked it one more qtr the rocket would have headed in the other direction.

There was heavy option volume (for PMCS) today. Some opportunities in August for those who have the guts early on Monday. Those who had a bunch of July 40 puts should be thanking PMCS mgtmnt.

Monday and, more likely, Tuesday will indicate direction for next qtr. I'm just hanging long with not enough shares. Will clear the cash in my account/add to this position on significant Monday AM drops.

Let's talk qtrly trading range next week when this stuff settles down.
