If you are still short DELL and I believe that you do, maybe you should consider buying some calls to hedge against your position. I don't want to argue with you that DELL is overvalued but the technicals strongly indicates that the issue is going toward 140 before the earning report.

And it might even go higher since it obviously has caught YHOO! mania.

that's not necc. the truth. i had a major legal battle, with a municipality, that, had i went to the edge, i would have fallen off it, financially. Legal battles are war. The only difference is that you can limit your casualties to dollars and sense (sp on purpose)
The psychological ramifications are very difficult to deal with.
If you can prepare yourself to get embroiled to $X and x aggravation, and not let your adversary know, then you will be "stopped out" of further financial and emotional abuse.
