No, but they have secured the license to use the CCI trademark. IMO this is the most important part of the deal. CCI and the musiccard was a good idea, that can now blossom in the hands of proper management. One has to wonder if the license is secure, who needs the rest of the baggage. I stand behind management, they need to see the audits completed before buying CCI's so called assets. This, however, will not hold up the opening of the website or the ability to sell CDs over the internet. This deal has already been agreed to. 1% of profits go to the former CCI.

As for the website, I like what I see so far, but IMO we can only expect further enhancements to the site in the very near future. People should remember that the website is in its developmental stage. When the site is complete, beta testing will begin. At this time it is my understanding that TSIG will ask shareholders (I'm not sure who this means, maybe select individuals) to place orders for testing purposes. Also as you heard from Liz Stiles, the prices for non card members are not set yet and this will be decided on shortly. The price for cardmembers is firm, $10.99. Also and this might mean more to Web experts, TSIG is in the process of developing the Oracle database integration which is the engine behind the website. They are shooting for the end of the month as a launch date, but cannot guarantee a date at this time. As soon as beta testing begins, a better idea for the launch date can be determined.

Turboe if you read the posts it sounds like TSIG bought the rights &
idea of the music card for a period of 5 years (something like a
lease) I guess. Maybe someone else can explain it better.

I don't understand if they are buying the whole company or not.

At the bottom of the web site in the tiny print it does say "Compact Connections, Inc. a TSIG company" that's good enough for me. But of course the last time I believed everything I read was MIDL becoming the second coming of Jed Clampet, and look how that turned out. Nevertheless, TSIG is my largest single holding and will continue to accumulate on dips.
