Ron Insana is also a top notch interviewer. He asks hard nosed questions and isn't afraid to challenge the issue. Many of the interviews on CNBC are just commericals for the company, brokerage firm or money manager. For example, Cramer basically touts his own names and offers emotional reasons to buy the stock. When Sue Herrara interviews a market strategist it's basically a sales pitch with no contrarian view. It's amazing that some of the reporters that have been on the show so long haven't learned anything about asking critical questions.
