Don't worry, no offense taken. The only reason I know more crooks and morons in Canad than in M‚xico is that I've spent more time here. I bet there is a roughly similar proportion everywhere. If I spend much time in Chiapas, I get weird stomach trouble on return to BC, too - it works both ways, the changes in tummy bacteria. The tropical ones are just more feisty.
