Bottom line is:

REVERSE SPLITS NEVER FAVOR THE "LONG" HOLDER..

No and, ifs or buts.......IT SUX the big Salami.

This is HEAVEN for the shorters who, like me will short this stock First thing in the morning the day of the reverse. It will go from $8 to $5 by mid afternoon...

If they (FIBR) do have something up their sleeves that is positive, it will be the first time ever!

Here it is in a nutshell:

They have been getting rich by issuing more shares to themselves and selling on the open market, thus driving the cost per share down, they will now decrease the number of shares by 300% and start the process over again...

The little person is, to be quite frank, SCREWED!

Just one humble man's opinion.
