Well,that was an nice move up and a nice change of pace. I noticed that the big movers today in the semi-equips that I follow were Mattson, Tegal, and Micrion, all pretty tiny firms. Does it mean that interest in this sector is expanding away from just the big companies? The bigger firms did not move a lot today, and there was no news on any of these 3 smaller companies.

John, Just of breath of life so far. Now we need some follow
through buying. I bought last week at 5.25 and it started moving
the next day. If it can get through 6 to 6.5 this week, it should
move to 7 to 7.5. Phil
