I think some people got spooked by the numbers taking so long to come out. People were told weds. and her it is friday afternoon. And some also may have not read the earlier prerelease and understood where we are coming from. But they are out now. I am reading a copy of the press release and would expect to be able to pull the sec filings off later this evening or on monday at the latest, depending on the sec procedure for loading them up.

If I'm reading the first quarter properly, the company lost less than 100,000 dollars from operations. That means the information I had heard about profits from operations in the quarter just ended makes sense.

So we now have a profitable "old" provident and a Hypervaluable "new" insurion. That sounds good to me on both fronts. I would argue the "old" business could be worth the stock price here and the new worth, conservatively compared to other web plays, $25 per share.

I love situations like this where the downside is protected and the upside is a moonshot.

Everyone have a good weekend and if the stock happens to weaken on monday because someone doesn't understand what they are seeing here, take their gifts.
