The only problem I have with this situation is the timing... If I were a KANA shareholder I'd still be pretty P*ssed off. It appears to me that WSW was hired to paint a rosy picture of KANA and it's future prospects (shall we say to get the price much higher) so the company can dump on the poor shareholders with their 504....So who makes out in this deal KANA + WSW and who gets left holding the bag???? JOE Q PUBLIC!!!
