Slippery, Did you check with the financial magazines regarding their policies? By the way, a shareholder posted on the Yahoo thread that he learned of the article from a Red Chip employee named Roger. I spoke with a different shareholder who was told of the article by an employee named Connie. You are, of course, invited to check with Red Chip to verify that these two employee's are on the payroll etc. Then, Is it likely, in your opinion, that both of them fabricated the existence of a report on Valence that could be released no earlier than market close on Friday? If it was an old report, why couldn't it have been faxed on Wednesday? Again, why instruct the shareholder that it couldn't be released until Market close today? You seemed to have an equal problem accepting that Bellcore has taken a significant stake in Valence. You challenged my statements with terms like "you allege" etc. when it was right in front of you - clearly printed in the 10k you seemed to become such an expert over! If I recall, you have lot of research to do so you can present some of your own work for a change.
