I just spoke with Ira...the shares that were going to be issued on August 15th, were already executed. So now there are 17MM outstanding, and 6MM in the float...which explains a lot. This will be it for the outstanding shares, which will NOT increase anymore. Also important...this will NOT dilute the EPS. Ira's investors, owned all of the prefered. Ira is now on his way to pick up his ringside Roy Jones boxing match tickets. Jon
