EK Sowell, I have followed the posting on TOUP for a couple of weeks. I accepted the challenge and have tried to find something wrong with TOUP. All trails have checked out positive, people involved all seem to be what is stated in gov doc's and on web page. I have used SI for research for long time, it was not until now I decided to join due to TOUP. I think you have found a hot one. When are you going to post your report? Jane B
