Joe - Re: "How do you find out how much money has been transferred to employees in form of stock options, and exercise of the stock options. "

I don't worry about this.

If Intel employees "get rich" off of stock options, then that means Intel's stock has gone up. Ergo, I will have done "OK" as well.

It is the work of these Intel employees that produces the new products, the new processes, the new packages, the new marketing themes, etc.

I hope they all get richer and richer !

That's like the Wall Street JERKS who worry about "Wage Inflation" - thinking that the poor old common man may start increasing his take-home pay so he and his family can live a little better.

The Wall Street Jerks think ONLY THEY should get MILLION DOLLAR BONUSES and Salaries - for doing such clever work like advising HFS on its CUC acquisition (to form CENDANT) !
