Here is the exact amount of shares that I know based on the corporate Profile from the investors package.

Common Shares:35,261,178
Management owns:17%
Public Float:29,266,542

I think that was up to May 1 1998

PNLK had a similar float and we seen it going from .40 to 8 dollars
