Re RFP's. Of course all RFP's are not the same. In particular there is a big difference between sole source and other RFP's. Perhaps these were sole source RFP's. If so one might think that it was a different situation than bidding on an RFP sent to the world. The company may also have responded to these RFP's in which case there would be proposals on the table. Who knows, contracts might have been drawn up contingent on demonstration of technological feasibility.

In the end, the big problem was that the technology didn't work.

The problem I have with the company in addition to the screw up re proxies and then the lies about timing of the reverse split is the inconsistency between claiming to have a technological breakthrough and the thought that a new team of engineers will make the thing work.

If a new team of engineers (presumably selected more or less at random from the engineering community) can make something work, there is no reason to think that others wouldn't be able to do the same thing unless there is something very special about a patent or some other reason to think one has an advantage over others. A new team of engineers is almost the definition of what makes something not-patentable.

So I have a hard time believing that this new team will make it work.

Stock is essentially worthless at this point, so I will probably hold on to it. But buying more is not likely given the fact that I don't trust management. But perhaps they will surprise me. Hope springs eternal.
