It is telling us that it may have bottomed at the end of Wave 5( per Elliot Theory) AIJ I mean. It could go lower to 6 or 6.5 or turn from here- but until it breaks the downtrend channel around 9, no uptrend is guaranteed. many charts go down and then up. Yes it has had a bad run. Yes it is thinly traded. To say it is going up from here has no technical basis. However, there is some ground for saying that it may have possibly touched bottom.Hope this is vague enough. To restate, I would not buy at this point until I see clear signals of an upturn. g
