While you may be right about netradio, the only full competitor mentioned by name on p. 45 of broadcast.com's prospectus is the Real Network/MCI joint venture. RNWK is also mentioned on p. 43 as a Key Internet Co. with which they have an agreement for placement of a link on BCST's drop down menu for RealPlayer. Gratuitously, it mentions therein, that RNWK's streaming products have been downloaded more than 43 million times. Maybe you can view RNWK as a portal to look at the BCST content.
