You do indeed sound like a suspicious character! Any progress checking with Forbes etc on their policies concerning leaked reports etc? Any due diligence or analysis of your own on this company, other than a section of a 3 1/2-month-old 10k? Do you have any idea what Valence's assembly line 2 capacity is for laptop batteries per minute?

Mark, you are indeed inclined to hysteria you have lost your objectiveness and have succumbed to your self-importance, your ego. Your posts are so myopic you have not been able to conceal their intent in your obtuse rhetoric. Mark, lws gave you an opportunity to redeem yourself (or express your grasp of the argument) through his challenge to present a point from the bullish standpoint in regards to vlnc. lws has only posted here a few times and I have noticed his astuteness. You probably thought he was trying to lure you into a trap, you had your legal guard up and you did not fall for the ploy. That ignorance (bad judgement) in my opinion is a measurement of your character. The posts from FMK seem to greatly irritate you. It seems you feel obligated to refute every point or suggestion FMK presents. I think many who participate in this forum recognize FMK is enthusiastic about his projections for Valence. Many of the calculations presented by FMK have been verified and qualified by the company.. when they were still communicating directly with shareholders, a point many of us longs consider. I believe FMK's posts have never been intended to be anything but a sharing of information. Enthusiasm has been expressed it's just some people believe the glass is half full others half empty. On the other hand I believe many (besides myself) have noted your rudeness and outwardly malicious attitude. You are definitely intelligent but lack common courtesy. I guess it comes with your lawyerly occupation. I doubt many of the people who read this thread thirst for your kind of advise but I am sure many have read the 10-k. Try and remember Mark that you really are not that important.
