Jonathan,

>I just spoke with Ira...the shares that were going to be issued on >August 15th, were already executed. So
>now there are 17MM outstanding, and 6MM in the float...which explains >a lot.

It seems that Gabard found out this information before Ira by calling
the Transfer Agent.

The TA said the outstanding share count is approx. 17.9mil
Why is Ira always the last to know about things happening in the company he works for.

Here's some more number crunching.

Store #1 is projected to make 1mil in revenues even though it only
made approx. 600k on declining sales due to increased competition.

Store #2 is projected to make 2.5mil.

Store #3 is projected to make 2.5mil. Not opened yet.

Throw in 3 kiosks at 1 mil a piece. Not opened yet. Don't know how
many they are planning on opening but I thought 3 was a good number.

Internet sight. 1mil more. I'm being generous.

Store #1 1mil
Store #2 2.5mil
Store #3 2.5mil
3 Kiosks 3.mil
Internet 1mil

that's 10mil dollars in Buster's fantasy revenue projections for 1998

projected EPS of .22 with 17.9mil shares outstanding would equal
3.9mil in earnings.

3.9mil/10mil revenue = 39% return on revenue

I am curious to see how HVAR's pro forma business plan compares to mine.
