Tough to say, because many are surprised that this would happen in July right after earning release, few people wrote/buy calls.

I think that we can check back next week, the option volume should increase a lot.

If they tried hard to sell the 40900 shares, they will try harder to sell more.

By the way, I think that it bounced back also because some day traders wanted a quick profit and don't want to stay short over the weekends.
