I talked with Barry today. I gave him Norman Wilsons name and number. He said that Dustin was going to ND ,so he would be in the area. He didn't know that they had a new tribal chief and that the name and number would make it easier to touch base with the council.He also told me that it is hard to build on the Res. unless it is taxable land. He also told me that even though it is on the Res, anyone that wanted a home built would have to go through the same steps as we all do when we buy. Credit check, the whole nine yards. He told me that out of 75 applications for a loan , they average about 7 that have the credit,down and aren't up to their eye balls in debt. I had to get back to work so I told him I would call him if I heard anything worth telling him about.
