*AV*--I have the same problem here. My wife thinks I do nothing and am just goofing off. However, she failes to realize that not only are we not behind on any bills I am responsbile for, but I have paid off all of my debts and some of hers, except for the mortgage and am living in a state of current dollars and no debts.

Mortgage could be paid off but why??? The only real tax deduction AND so far, keeping that money invested is generating more profts which exceed the monthly interest payment. I have a friend who hopefully is reading this that should seriously reconsider refinancing his house and expensive car. If he did, he would be able to have a useful deduction on the mortgage and generate more $$$ than his monthly combined payments, if he follows my lead.<GGG>

BTW-I forgot about the av 14900 post in the midst of legitimate replies. The av is just the "Foot in the Door" to protect the turf.<GGG> I didn't get back in time to come up with a filler. Since I "own" 01, I will have it removed<GGG>
