Speaking of Inmet, read in FP that Zemex was preparing an offer for Inmet.
canoe.com
Zemex is proposing to take most of Inmet's $535 million in cash, and redistribute it to shareholders at the rate
of $4.50 a share.
After an Inmet share consolidation and the ouster of James and other directors -- shareholders would have to
approve both those moves separately -- investors would also get about 50› worth of shares in consolidated
Inmet stock.
