JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1998--modis Incorporated, the billion dollar technology consulting services subsidiary of AccuStaff Incorporated (NYSE:ASI), announced today that it has finalized a North American Implementation Partner Agreement with PeopleSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ:PSFT), a leading provider of enterprise application software, and will be a participant in PeopleSoft's Global Alliance Program. Under the agreement, modis will provide software consulting and implementation services to PeopleSoft customers, with particular focus on the rapidly growing international markets and the financial services and telecommunications industries. The two companies will also work together to accelerate PeopleSoft training for modis consultants.
