George is the guy that really put the deal together is how Rick described him. Doesn't mean much, but I spoke with him on the phone while Rick and I were playing with the Lifeline, didn't get a chance to ask any questions, just putting voices to the names, and general chit chat about Lifeline and Rick's prowess at demo'ing it for the first time on his own. He did just fine.

hey m.d., what do you think the chances are of a financing with the stock at these levels? do you think the convertible debenture will be enough to satisfy a growing company like see for long (especially if the bond was used to obtain the rights only)? as i see it, the stock would have to be at least double what it closed at in order for a realistic financing to take place without some serious dilution, unless rrn has a little something tucked away - this might then be used to finance the acquisition of equity in see. the rights to the product in canada is a good step, but we need more... anybody's thoughts are appreciated.
perhaps good news just before the start of trading could fuel the fire.
