Hello Taxikid:

I don't day trade or intend to day trade. I am primarily a selective shorter of the ridiculously priced issues that have value at least an order of magnitude under current price. It is an extraordinary high market, so the fat of the calf should be in finding short situations moreso than undervalued stocks. I gear for 100% plus gains.

I made a mistake recently being out of touch and misunderstanding my working capital, which has put me on a downward run, with damage control a day by day struggle.

I am not yet up to working my specialty of emerging technology ventures, for which I hold high standards and requires several rigors which I cannot yet count on performing justly. I am anticipating another round of medications soon to compensate for the stress induced imbalances in my brain chemistry--if that fails and I also fail to make a living from investing, I will be forced to abandon my profession in the prime of my career and support my family, if necessary, at less than the platinum collar professional I have been. One theory is I would be better off just jumping into my profession somewhere else, but it is a do or die proposition. With good management, it would be doable. I don't know of any good managements that are looking to originate new businesses--to commit to the building of emerging technology based businesses that create new markets--that's my specialty. I was one of the best at a Fortune 20 until caught up in an unthought out reorganization. I hold to that memory and am shooting to do it again.

BTW, I have enjoyed your insight and wisdom regarding investments and business.
Highest regards,
m
