You're correct. The deficit refers to negative shareholders equity.

To all others who are looking for number of shares outstanding as of the latest SEC filing go to: www.stockprofiles.com/tsig

when on site click on filings.

Worrysome comments (IMHO): I am not too worried about debt but what this company is really hurting for cash! If they are going to execute a large marketing campaign cash is one thing they should have plenty of. What kind of advertising can they buy for a few hundred K$. The other problem with this stock is if they have so little cash are they going to have enough inventory to be able to execute orders as they come in. I hate to wait for weeks for a CD. I really want the CD NOW! :) I sent off a quick mail to the company asking them how they would be able to go ahead with the campaign. I will post if I get any answers.

I love the web site, but the question remains if they are able to execute.

All this IMHO.

Any comments is appreciated!
