Actually Todd, they have the permits issued to drill to 6500 ft. They aren't waiting for the last two to be issued as they can start drilling now as far as permitting is concerned. The other two permits can be issued after drilling has started. The wait has been for the JV partner negotiations to be completed and if Pop's information is correct, ( and I believe there is a good chance that it is) then an August date to spud the well is probable. I look forward to drilling the Matagorda wells as much as anybody but I hate to see all the focus on Matagorda as a do or die venture. Whether NTAH hits it big or its a dry hole the bird in the hand is the stripper wells. The stripper well game plan is about as sure a thing as you can get in this business. Just think, no drilling as the wells already exist. The wells are already producing or known to produce before being shut down. The technology has already been proven to work at a great savings over conventional methods. The beta test are being done now and when that is completed then watch NTAH's revenues steadily increase. This technology alone could be a "Company Maker". And, when the Matagorda gas wells are complete and produce anywhere close to projections then we all (longs) will be happy that we hung on.IMHO.
