Alright Ms Shell... I have an urgent matter that needs to be taken up with you!!!

I recently purchased 2 of the largest shares your company had to offer and still have not been able to put my hands on them...

I think this a purposefully, flagrant misrepresentation of the facts. The absence of these assets is inexcusable...and I expect you to take this matter up immediately!!!
