I am still reaching for that carrot...just about there. I believe that our boys down at Coconino may be dragging their feet on the well
issue. BUT, one possible reason maybe waiting for BUFF to be complete
and then open up the well. Mo bang for the buck. JMO

If Michael has something to say, I say bring it on. But he better be able to substanciate and backup his opinions with some facts. No BS either. He's making some hard charges here and nonsense ain't gonna do it. The truth is out there. Just takes some looking to find it. If you got it post it and back it up.
