There are a few simple facts when investing:

1.) There will always be sells (shorters, arbitragers, sellers)
2.) There is not neccessairly always buyers.
3.) If it does not exist in Black and White then it does not Exist
4.) Emotional investing is not wise
5.) Shooting self in foot is typical in investing
6.) No one picks winners all the time
7.) Sheep get slaughtered
8.) Every one has an opinion and like ***** half the time they stink
9.) People are their worse enemies
10.) When so many different logics in a forum (logics will clash)
11.) Everyone is being honest
12.) Facts cannot be debated where speculation is conjecture.
13.) The truth is somewhere between all sides
14.) Consider every investment a total gamble
15.) When investing the odds are not in your favor
16.) Greed & Fear keeps the market liquid
17.) CEO & PRs always paint a pretty picture
18.) Short traps rarely work
19.) Transfer Agents are not wrong on stock structure figures
20.) Stock structure is critical to all Financial Analysis
