Earlier tonight, I made the following statement:

"The large volume today was primarily due to a cross of stock at Union. It was not an internal transfer, though, but the sale of a large block of stock from one shareholder to another at a specified price."

Richard Saunders, in a response to this message, wondered what I meant by the term, "specified price". The price was at $0.26. It was done at the present market price. This transaction was an just ordinary stock cross.

I would like to say that at the end of trading today, the offers were between $0.30 and $0.35. The bid was $0.26.

I hope that this clarifies any questions regarding this transaction.

Ragards,
Howard
