Tom, he might have know but even before the Incyte deal XOMA's patent position was very solid.

Received my first copy of Prohost. Think it's current but called June/July. Has stock quotes as of July 7. Full page and a tad more on XOMA. Nothing posters here don't know but a very nice job. Ends with, " Investors ask us, why, despite the good news, XOMA's stock does not appreciate? We say: Don't you see that the same is happening to biotech stocks across the board no matter what the news about them is? Why should we bother to know why short-term traders sell or buy stocks? What we really care about is making sure that our knowledge of the biotech fundamentals will allow us to value the firms accurately and correctly. As for the market, if it is always correct, it should have no reason to correct. But the fact is that it frequently does."
