HNLY itself earlier issued a press release promising an SEC filing by some date that's long past (I think they said May). Not just a rumor that company would release financials earlier -- this was the company speaking.

But company also didn't say, in latest release, that numbers would be out soon. Just said that audit would be done about 7/15, and then audited numbers would be put in SEC filing.

I'd be surprised to see numbers any earlier than SEC filing.
