CF Rebel, Possibly there was a glitch, but I don't think so. I cannot search back beyond 2 weeks until Monday since my card on file w/ WSJ/Dow has expired, but I will dig it up as soon as I cn get access. I even did a search on the venerable Marvel MRV just in case but no luck as yet. FWIW, I am accessing Zacks via my broker Quick & Reilly which I find usually provides me slighter better info than accessing Zacks through free sites. It clearly shows institutional holdings to be at 38.03%. I cannot get the table of Strong Buys etc.. to reproduce here which shows 4 strongs and one hold change.. wwws.quick-reilly.com Back later. MRVC NOT DOWNGRADED BY GRUNTAL & CO. CF Rebel & Webdrone, My mistake/screw up. I keep news from MRVC & another co. in the same WSJ folder. I see now that the ohter co. was downgraded on 6/19 by Gruntal. I guess I was crosseyed when I read it & did not want anything like silly facts to screw up my little theory. In my pathetic defense, WSJ keeps fiddling w/ there software and older news stories come & go from my list so I could not check right away....now its back.... PRGO was the co. for any diabolical minds who fear I was trying to short the stock -- real live honest mistake. Sorry again, usually more carefull, but I had just done a 10 hour string of flights back from Utah.... I'll go banish myself for awhile... later, eric
