Roger:

Take a look at Smart Talk (SMTK). I think we covered too soon last spring. After dipping recently, it has made a comeback. They just did some kind of placement which looks like a discount covertible or some such thing. I seriously doubt that their balance sheet has improved? Any thoughts?
