He was leaving the company and was pissed off ?
He got divorced ?
He was stupid ?
He didn't think IPO will ever come out ?
He had no idea that internet hype would be so strong ?
probably ,, all of above ,, that is why he is not a ceo any more ?

I have a theory that the underwriters advised Ronning to reduce his holdings in TSQD. I note that he now owns 49% of TSQD. That is just under a majority percentage. Hmmmm .... Ronning has a huge stake in DRIV directly and a bunch of options to buy DRIV at 3 bucks or something. I'm just guessing that Alex Brown and friends advised him to tone it down a bit.

Frank: I don't buy your theory that he needed "salary". The selling was just too massive in a stock that was set to explode (hopefully).

I have no real evidence for any of this. Just a theory.
