So you think that the EGGS acquisition talk is for real. Are the EGGS folks dumb
enough to take AMZN stock as currency (sort of like $3 bills given that they won't be
able to dump the shares immediately)???

I believe EGGS acquisition is for real. I do not know how the stock ration will work since AMZN has been anywhere from the 90s to the 140 in the last two days. EGGS needs more exposure or I suspect they will die. AMZN cannot afford to start their own software department using real money. That is why I suspect it is for real.
