Was just thinking about the plight of the stock and was wondering if there was any news concerning the Mitsubishi lawsuit. I remember in the last 10-K they stated that they did not expect any results until late 98.Well it is now mid 98 and thought someone may have heard something. I wonder if they wind up winning the appeal if we will get the inevitable counter appeal which would tie up the suit for an even longer period of time. In the best case scenerio and they win they now would have many options on spending whatever portion of the $10 million in damages is left. Sure could use the money and it would be nice to recoup some of that money the company has spent on legal costs. Their patent infringement lawyers must be living the good life thanks to Ampex!!!
