Lars,

I've been told otherwise by Jenny Perdue, TBAE's new IR. Rauscher Pierce began covering TBAE less than two weeks ago with a new analyst, according to her. Also per Jenny, Breck was sold for $3 million profit. Brian Cusworth,CFO will be in contact with me next Tuesday regarding a figure for net of debt. TBAE is now debt-free. Quite something considering how leveraged it used to be.
The focus is now on music and entertainment and Jenny suggests that more analysts will be more apt to cover
a company focused on one industry. Warner Avalon is the foundation to build on, and towards that end, they are producing the "Opening Ceremonies for the Good Will Games" to be aired tonight, Saturday, from 8-10pm on TBS.
Warner Avalon is also producing the CBS "Country Fest" to air August 5.
The annual meeting has been deferred to sometime in September because of the strides the company is making to refocus on its core industry.
Let me know if you'd like me to ask Brian Cusworth any particular ?'s.
Thanks

MarcG
