Good move, Jane. Just found out TSQD owns 1/3 less of DRIV than we thought but still 3.2M shares. However, this makes DRIV shares more valuable because there will be 1/3 fewer outstanding, so the individual shares will command a higher price. Just hope they can charge more than 12 for the IPO. In any case, I would be surprised not to see 40 on DRIV within a few weeks of its IPO. That's worth about 13/share to TSQD.
