Good question. Rather than guess, maybe someone should call Tony Nichols. He would know.

Would anyone be interested in a weekend discussion of how the stock dividend to be issued to GNNX shareholders will effect the price of GNNX and TNNS? Iam not by any means an expert on this situation, but
I have an idea of what could happen next week.

With the information currently available it seems the TNNS spinoff has the potential to be painful for the Shorts, since they must pay the dividend, or pay back the GNNX stock shorted by the close on 7/21/98. I believe TNNS could begin trading on the 21st, or could be restricted until the TNNS shrs. are actually issued to us. The question here is how much will it cost the Shorter to buy TNNS on the open market, since it will have a very thin float(maybe 800K shrs.?). What if we don't sell(hence $4 to $15 on Yahoo)?

I wonder how may shares have been shorted? I see it written all over about how BB stocks are shorted by MMs and others. I believe GNNX has been driven down by the Shorters.

Thanks in advance for any information the Pro's can provide here. I have a healthy position in GNNX, and believe in this company. I think the LONGS win a little prize with the dividend-much more to come for us in my opinion.
