Just for the record, because this is a pink sheet stock, the only way to get a true bid and ask is to get it from the floor. I work for Fidelity Investments (only been there six weeks) and have been learning alot about the market. I put in a request for an update on the bid and ask, it came back at .01 and .04. The 1700 shares traded was not a single trade as the last trade was only 1000 shares. I would assume from this that the 700 shares were the opening that occurred at .08. I've noticed several opening trades at .08 in the last few weeks and I can only guess that the MM is bending someone over to sell them shares at that price when the ask is only .04. I really don't see how the news could possibly affect this stock, after all, they were supposed to close on July 10th, not August 10th. While there are forward looking statements in the release, none of it is new, and for the most part, it's somewhat of a let down when we were all expecting the land deal to have closed last week.

As a side note, I finally decided to get a trial membership over here due to the fact that the Yahoo board has become polluted with a bunch of pessimistic no brainers who merely offer criticism with no substance.

Dude.
