Are you talking about the note where TMEX asked a company, that he hyped and promoted, to do him a favor? The company that turned him down and made him so mad! Wonder how many of his stock picks, were his stock picks because the company paid him to promote? That could not only land TMEX with a major SEC fine, but also kick the offending company off the Nasdeq. Oh, thats right!!! TMEX usually picks non reporting BB stocks!!!!! When will people wise up???
