Good point. Other indicators are:

O/S creeping very close to authorized.

Management asking shareholders to call their certs and complaining about shorting.

you sure said a mouth full there. I think most of ignored that sign in the case of PKGP because the company kept telling us that there was a illegal short position (theirs?) and everyone assumed that the MMs' were playing tricks to make us all sell. Someone was playing tricks.... but not who we thought.
