pipick,

The person who ordered the PG converter is fewbucks26.

Your statement " Yet, they can't sell any of these...We're in trouble." seems a tad premature for several reasons:

-encoding by broadcaster has only begun and as such the
converters are essentially useless until all networks comply
with the voluntary encoding
-fewbucks could quite possibly have been the second
individual to order a PG converter. If orders are
processed as they come in then naturally unit # 2 could wind
up being shipped
-availability of PG's units at one electronics outlet in New
York hardly constitutes a "nation-wide product roll-out" by
which to assess consumer demand

You go on to state:

"With TVL's track record of marketing, I doubt they can do a better Job."

What track record are you referring to pipick?

Would you have TVL spend countless dollars on a media blitz prior to full compliance by broadcasters? I think not. The nation-wide roll-out of V-Gis into the retail marketplace should be well timed and it is my opinion that it will be. In my opinion the retail orders will appear when near full encoding has been achieved. Then and only then does it make any sense for TVL to expend any $$$ on advertising. And I assure you that the first place V-Gis will be available at retail will not be a single location.

If you are going to be watching closely - and I quote:

" to see if sales pick up and try to determine if there even
is a market here"

I suggest you keep your eye on TVL, call IR, Call INGRAM, call anyone but do not base your decision solely the efforts of PG and their inferior technology.

As for this being a good exit point I would say:

Yes for bear cubs.
No for bulls.

Lastly you ask about ACRI and news.

Ask Allen he'll tell you all about it.
