TO ALL : It is important to coordinate this effort. All proxies must be executed correctly by placing an "x" in the box where you name your alternate (MJB) ,date it and sign it at bottom in same name as on proxy. The form should then be forwarded to where MJB instructs. My suggestion is to either mail them to MJB at where he wants or to the transfer agent together with a letter confirming your instructions. To MJB: What do you want? cheers
