Yvonne, I think you are missing the boat on many counts... if you hang arround in otc:bb stocks you going to get burned sometime. You forgot to post the corollary to that bit of wisdom: IF YOU DRIVE THE GET-AWAY CAR FOR A SHARE OF THE BOOTY EACH WEEK, YOU ARE GOING TO GET SHOT AT SOMETIME. . who new about the 504 in advance none of us and WSW didn't know. how many of ya'll work for nothing not a d### one. ISN'T THAT THE WHOLE POINT? IF I'M THE ONE BEING "SOLD TO" I WANT TO KNOW IT WITHOUT HAVING TO READ ABOUT THE SUCKER TRAP IN THE NEWSPAPERS - AFTER THE FACT. . how many shares do you think the large brokerage firms get for an IPO in the millions. THE ANSWER TO "HOW MANY SHARES AND UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS" IS CLEARLY AND FULLY SPELLED OUT IN ADVANCE OF ANYONE'S PURCHASE OF THE IPO STOCK. IT IS ALL LISTED IN THE RED HERRING. . Colin
