And from today's Charlotte Observer (another Charlotte rag), a brief paragraph,

"Responding to Alydarr Software's May 22 federal lawsuit over an unpaid bill, California-based Ingram Micro acknowledged it has refused to pay $700,000 to the Charlotte firm for Year 2000 computer work. The large computer reseller said Alydarr failed to meet terms of its contract. In U.S. District Court in Charlotte, Ingram asked that the suit be dismissed or a jury trial be scheduled."

Speaking of Charlotte rags, Jeff, how's Misti?
